President

William Stewart PhD, PMP, DPPM is the original organizer of the DPPM methodology. He has managed projects for more than 30 years, from just a few thousand dollars to $55M, and worked in senior roles on PM teams for projects up to $3B. He has managed projects in the domains of system integration, software development, business process, construction, real estate, and others. He has worked for aerospace, the Canadian federal government, academia, and founded the open source cloud company Cirrus Computing. Internationally recognized, he has spoken twice as a keynote speaker at International Project Management Association (IPMA) conferences. He earned his PhD in computer science for discovery of an algorithm that can create multi-dimensional convex hulls in optimal space and time. (LinkedIn)

Drew Shantz DPPM is a deeply experienced change management consultant, solution architect, and project manager with a deep foundation in digital transformation, organization & system design, security engineering, business process re-engineering, change management, and IM/IT enablement. He has worked for international professional services firms, aerospace, and multi-national telecommunications companies. His experience includes digital strategy, organizational/behavioural change management, solutions design, target operating models, agile methodologies, business intelligence & analytics, enterprise performance management, vendor management, services oriented architecture, C2/C4ISR, M/G/COTS systems integration, and security engineering. Brian Harvey MBA, LLB, DPPM has a wide range of experience across technology, government, and legal domains. He has worked for international telecommunications firms, the Canadian federal government, served as a sole practitioner for his own law practice, and served in municipal government. In telecommunications, he has designed large scale networking solutions for enterprise clients, and served as a communications engineer, principal designer, product manager focused on strategic partnerships, managed strategic investments up to $50M, served as a director of product management, and served as a director of strategy and product planning where he managed a product portfolio map for a $3B division.
